"Does a breakfast place get any better?! Was visiting from San Francisco and our experience was phenomenal: our waiter was attentive and helpful and when learning I have a shellfish allergy, had the excellent customer service to bring over a chart to help me select my meal, which was highly appreciated. Pancakes and coffee were perfect and delicious, and the additional piece was that upon paying, I realized my mobile had run out of juice, and so the manager called a taxi for me, and kept checking to ensure my family and I were safely picked up, so just a excellent way to treat customers! Thank you!"

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant with delicious food and attentive staff. I ordered the Chicken and Mushroom dish and it was amazing. The service was quick but not rushed, and all the dishes were absolutely delicious.

Busy place, but then it's good so it's to be expected. New parents clearly don't have any knowledge of pushchair etiquette as they just dump then anywhere making it impossible to get anywhere! Other than that, the food and drinks are good and the service is quick, even when it's busy. Good place overall!

I visited this restaurant for a late lunch, early dinner. It was just as wonderful as my previous experience. I sat by the window and enjoyed a great view of people walking by. Despite being busy and being told there might be a 45 minute wait for food, my meal arrived promptly. The chicken and fries were delicious and served hot. Another job well done!

This restaurant is great for all meals. The lunch options are fantastic, and breakfast is even better. My only complaint is that the stack of pancakes with bacon and maple syrup I ordered had a shortage of bacon and syrup. Towards the end of my meal, the pancakes became slightly dry due to the lack of syrup. Despite this, I still enjoyed the meal and would recommend it.

Stopped in here as a whim, and because my husbands name is Bill! Breakfast had 20 more minutes to be served so we quickly found what we wanted and ordered scrambled eggs, bacon on a toast and then shared pancakes with strawberries, blueberries and bananas. Breakfast was amazing...we loved all of it! The cappuccino was perfect as well. Quaint inside and they sell some of their products along the walls.

Does your neighbourhood have a waitrose? A Jamie's Italian? Several Starbucks? .....congratulations, you're officially middle class. It's likely to have (or be having) a Bills soon too, I've eaten in a number of locations and joking aside, their menu is interesting (in a good way), the food has always been above average and the experience (big, purposely hipstery furnishings and lighting) works especially if dining as a group. I like Bills, it's the nice side of middle class life.
