something disappointed this time around (4 times there for christmas breakfast) don't eat very hot and I didn't think it was presented so well.

I was a bit disappointed during my recent visit for Christmas breakfast (my fourth time there). The food wasn't very hot, and I felt the presentation could have been better. Visualizza piatti

No idea about allergies. Gave my son soya despite me telling the staff twice about his allergy!!! No idea how to provide service. Staff clearly had no training in how to deliver food. Terrible night. Never going back.

Food was good and service excellent but the venue was very noisy and our seat was by the window so cold. There was a draft the whole time and even with blankets to help block the drafts it was still cold. An idea would be to have curtains or something over doors in the winter.

Usually love Bills. On this occasion the heating wasn’t working the restaurant was freezing. We weren’t told this when seated despite the staff definitely knowing. We ended up ordering and asking if the heating could be turned up this is when we found out it wasn’t working. By this time it was too late to leave and try and find somewhere else to eat as we had a cinema booking. We sat and ate, shivering in our coats. All we got was a sorry no offer of discount or anything to acknowledge we were paying for a meal in very uncomfortable circumstances. I should have said something at the time but my children hate it when I make a fuss. Very poor show Bills. Visualizza piatti
