"¡Una joya en el Camino! Conocí el restaurante al reservar en el hotel Posada Ignatius. El día que estamos aquí, solo abren para el almuerzo. Pedimos a la carta, croqueta, ensalada, magret de pato en mole, lomo de res con crema de coliflor. Todo estaba meticulosamente preparado. Y no es sólo para los ojos. Las croquetas quedaron crujientes por fuera y cremosas por dentro. Mi carne estaba exactamente rara como quería. Tomamos un Grand Réserva Tempranillo para acompañar los platos de ternera y pato.
