"I was in the morning with my “Latina” and ordered a teller spaghetti bolognese. the service was so very friendly and the pasta came relatiw fast. unfortunately the pasta tasted very strongly after chlorine or bleach and was not edible. I drew attention to the operation, which was a bit surprised about it but offered me an alternative. I then ordered spaghetti with tomato sauce. Unfortunately, this dish also had the same taste of chlorine. I drew attention to the operation, whereupon another operation came to our table and meant that this could not be: you only use fresh ingredients and it was probably on me or my taste. I said the service that the taste would not come from a single ingredient, but would have a strong taste of chlorine or detergent, possibly from the pasta's water. I offered the service to try the pasta, whereupon the waiter told me that he would have tasted the pasta in the kitchen and determined and could not find anything. I told him that my accompaniment had also tried the pasta and could also notice this taste. obviously outraged by my critique, he said once again that the pasta is completely in order and suggested that something rather does not agree with my taste and went and left us with the pasta alone: it was not offered to take back or exchange the court. because the pasta was not edible, I left the teller standing and asked to speak with the restaurant guide. it then came to our table, which was obviously annoyed and meant that everything was in order and it could not be that two times the court was not in order – they only used fresh ingredients and proper cooks would cook in the kitchen. I repeated that I did not put this in agreement but that a taste of chlorine prevails, which may come from the water or cleaning of the pots. the restaurant management found this almost ridiculously what I asked her to taste the pasta what she did not want to do partout. She still said that the pasta had always tasted so and had never complained before, and if it were water, she could not prepare for me another dish. I asked them if they would find the taste so in order to all seriously, especially in a simple dish like spaghetti with tomato sauce, which she hunted. she went back. Thus there are two problems in the latina:1) the pasta that was served me was not edible due to the strong chlorine/bleach taste.2) the circumvent with a complaining was completely inappropriate. one was outrageous and justifiable. I found the pasta, of course, also on the bill, although I had eaten only two forks of it... so I can only guess about eating there at a visit in the mtz. Maybe I had only bad luck with the pasta, but the circumstance with it is more generally a bad service that I see confirmed in the other comments."
