"I'm so glad I had lunch at noon. A cuckoo at the top of the top. Meat really timely and tender, not too salty. A pure treat. A simple but dreamy atmosphere, you'd think at home on the terasse with family or friends. And tea... but mint tea... a delight! And I know the recipe now but... The best recipe to taste it is to go there (thank you to someone who will recognize himself if he goes there. Long live this bistro."
