"DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME Two orders wrong on two occasions. Since staff have changed, the service is really poor. Orders completely wrong, was told to bring it all back, I photographed the food in the bag, the lady replaced the food with the wrong curry sauce again, I called and she admitted her error but then tried to say I didn't return the bag of chips, then changed her words and said almost all the chips have been eaten, I said that was the portion I received. Owner called me, said next time you go in, they know to give you same on him, went today and surprise and surprise they didn't know and then on the phone was saying completely different to me, the communication within the staff, manager is very poor. As a business owner sometimes you have to hold your hands high and say sorry for the error especially when it's an error three times and take responsibility to keep customers happy not here, they blaim customer for their mistakes. The owner even said to me the staff has recently lost her husband and begged for her job back and had mental health issues at the moment, and then wonder why customers are complaining. Was good before, now the worst service in the area."

Amazing taste food so fresh and cooked well chicken kebabs really nice and juicy and fresh chips and fish also as good, great staff great prices well worth every penny.

Absolutely amazing! I had the new loaded doner and chips it was again amazing, I was tempted to go large as I thought it might be a small portion but it's was a good size I couldn't finish it all! Will definitely order again!!

Was not delivered! A rude driver who blantantly refused to come to door when I have a one year old here gave clear instructions where to come. Will not be using Just Eat again, used to be reliable but drivers these days are lazy and just cannot be bothered!! Will not recommend to anyone either.

Haven't been to Stone Cross for over 30 years , up in the area for a sort of holiday, sometimes used to work down the road it's changed a lot , so I was curious having seen YouTube reviews . Originally from Oldbury but moved south many years ago , but up seeing friends . Couldn't believe £4.30 I think for a small fish and chips , you pay over £3 just for chips on SE coast now . Unbelievable.....and good food here too . Well done BCC . Shame I'm not used to the accent any more despite being Brummie myself , and yes I know this is the black country . Southerners don't understand orange chips , I never used to give it any thought when I lived here , it was how it was .
