One card machine for whole pub. Took 40 minutes to get served. Couldn't use cash. Will never return. Diabolical. Left early and went somewhere else.

No food… well some food as long as you didn’t want chips with anything that wasn’t already crossed out on the menu. Had to find an alternative… for 8 at very short notice.

I was excited to go by myself for a Sunday roast. Unfortunately, I had to return it to be re-microwaved as totally stone cold. I also enjoy a Yorkshire pudding of which I don’t think I could’ve had flatter pancakes.

Staff were so so nice, one overheard us talking about going back to our lodge to get money to play pool and gave us £2. They did our food as a takeaway when asked and when we asked if they had any take away sauces...

Although off the beaten track this place is well worth a visit! Its a lovely pub that serves great reasonably priced food and has good beer! It's child friendly and dog friendly and the staff are really warm and friendly

The meal we had was great, no complaints at all, and the service was excellent! The only disappointment was the sheer amount not on the menu due to stock control and it isn't a one off, for which even the staff accepted and seemed disappointed...
