"I rate a restaurant firstly on the service. I don't care how good the food is, if I'm not made to feel welcome. Well, full marks on all counts for owner Trevor and his Chef David Ali. Both went out of their way to accommodate us and David made a special vegetarian curry for me. I've never felt so welcome. True gentlemen both, and lovely attentive staff too. Warm welcome, great food, great service and reasonably priced. If you're looking for a good Indian you just found it ! Dave Wilson MMC Member of The Magic Circle."

I have been a chef for over 30 years. One of the best Indian meals I have ever had. Good food . Good staff. Good atmosphere. You won't go wrong at this place.

Looking at menu in window came out and give me a menu. Went in to get takeaway and was offered a free drink whilst I waited. Very friendly and polite. Good value for money.

Absolutely fab meal. Trevor and the staff looked after us like family. Even got to make a naan bread in the kitchen!!! Now officially an Indian chef. Can't recommend enough!!!

Excellent food we were visiting blackpool for the half term with the kids and all 7 of us decided to visit blue diamond as we had read the reviews, and we were not disappointed. Fantastic service too. Thank you

best Indian in blackpool! would definitely recommend. fantastic service, really friendly staff. a beautiful cooled restaurant. eat simply melts in the mouth! more excellent place to eat. I will not go anywhere else xx

Amazing service and real great food at a fair price, Approach on accident as the restaurant we had set out to visit was closed but what a delightful surprise. Lots of options available. (Apologies couldn't help but tuck in before I decided to take some pictures)

"Boonnak is the best Thai restaurant in the area! I have been dining here for over 10 years and have enjoyed countless meals here, from intimate dinners for two to birthday celebrations and bachelorette parties. The menu has remained largely unchanged over the years and the owner has stayed the same, but the restaurant itself has continuously improved in terms of decor and atmosphere. The food is consistently delicious, with our favorite dishes never failing to satisfy. We also enjoy trying new dishes, and the quality, taste, and portion sizes are always top-notch. "A hidden gem in Blackpool. We were presented with the art of food in a plate they cook from fresh and the chef shows all his love and passion in every single plate. Lovely restaurant, romantic place, delicious food all that including the friendly owners makes you enjoy every moment. "this place is simply excellent. the black pudding I had for my starter is probably the best starter I ever had. all the foods were cooked to perfection, very well presented and all the staff very friendly. prices also excellent and a quality overhang after 2 bottles of their home wine, merlot at less than £11 a bottle. unbeatable. my TripAdvisor writing up to be finished in a short time!"

"I'm usually not one for critique, but after the hauze experience I decided to change tactics. the steak was amazing, but the pfeffer grain sauce was the best I ever had and was on another level. so much that my girlfriend dipped that many chips we almost argued (they never dived chip). the friendly staff and the customer service were in the second thing and I would strongly recommend hauze restaurant and go back there in a heartbeat. Thank you."

"We are staying in the St Annes Beach Apartments and there is always a complimentary box of this bakery's cakes left in the apartment, so we thought we would go to their shop itself to buy some more as they are so delicious. We were greeted warmly by the assistant working in the shop who took time and trouble to explain the types and range of cakes they could provide. Cakes can also be ordered via their website and sent to other parts of the country if you're not local to the Blackpool area, or only on holiday for a short time there We ordered a box of cakes, and two other cakes in a bag. At just under £20 we thought this was very good value for money when you bear in mind the skills in making them, the quality of the ingredients, and and the presentation box included. I would strongly recommend Cake Tin Delights, and we will certainly continue to use them again."
