"The new owners of this restaurant have completely mad it the place to eat! The food is amazing both English and Jamaican food!! I’ve tried all the Jamaican food now over the course of one week and I have to say wow wow wow! The food i would say is underpriced for what you get but we shouldn’t complain about that. The lady who I presume has taken it over will go above and beyond for you as I found out today when I rang at 6pm they were closed but still stayed to do a takeaway for me and my family which we appreciated so much. The food is just so tasty nothing is to much for them and they treat you like your the only one that matters. I am so glad this place has been taken over by such wonderful people and will be dining here as much as I can"

A really friendly welcome awaits. I think a family run restaurant, great home cooked food with prices and service that cant be faulted.

Visited Bohemia before lockdown. The restaurant had a lovely atmosphere which set the scene for a fantastic meal and night out. I had a great night out but the food was disappointing.

Hugely impressed with the new menu all three of us were delighted with our meals (I can vouch that the Jerk Chicken was delicious). Lovely atmosphere and great service a hidden gem in Selly Oak. Highly recommend.

I must say it's got to be the worst food I have spent money on the toast for the starter came out burnt I had shell in my prawn cocktail. The rice was hard the fish had no seasoning on it the macaroni was soggy. I just couldn't eat it my plate went back to the kitchen full. But I paid for it I wouldn't go back there food was rubbish.

This restaurant is 10 out of 10 its so nice the food is so beautiful,the staff are well mannered plus the restaurant hygiene is good..omg the rum punch/fruit punch was amazing I had to order an next one to take home with me so when u go there I would recommend u to try the rum punch... Now about the food!!... the curry mutton is on point and also my two boyz loves the chicken burger they always ask if they can go get one. Everyday

I'm hoping the new owners will claim this page and update it as they bought out the restaurant but the new owners are awesome! Also the concept has changed a bit. The lady is so friendly the moment you enter and sit down. The husband and wife are running it together. They're doing a wide range of food, I had a Jamaican dish and my mum has an American one. Both were really good! It has a home-cooked style and delicious! Also, the prices are really affordable. We'll definitely be back!

What can I say about this place. I know they close at 5 and asked what time was the latest I could book a meal for my daughters birthday. I booked for 4.30 and staff said they were staying open till 6pm for me, which is way beyond what I expect but amazing service to customers. The staff are extremely attentive and polite explaining the specials etc. As usual the food was amazing, falling off the bone and tender. Spiced perfectly with the flavours bouncing around in your mouth. I asked if I could have a cake made and wasn't let down. This place is an absolute must.
