I had a fantastic meal at this restaurant. The food was not greasy and had amazing flavors. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained. I always enjoy my meals here, especially when served by such friendly staff.

Terrible customer service ! Asked to have the meal for 7.15 and turned up at 6.45 when I wasn't home .... they forgot my popadoms so I phone them to then be told it doesn't include popadoms which is rubbish as I had the menu infront of me Very rude service

An item was missing from my order at this restaurant. When I called to report it, the colleague I spoke with didn't seem very concerned. They weakly mentioned sending the missing item, but it seemed like they had already decided to offer a refund instead. However, I have not yet received the refund.

Been using for a number of years and I have never had a bad meal. The consistency is excellent. Food is well cooked, excellent portions and full of flavour. Do not know if bonoful has a new chef but bitterly disappointed with my takeaway tonight. Waited a while but not a problem as we usually enjoy a lovely meal. I had a chicken korma usually has lots of chicken but not this one. Sauce was suspect, very watery and thin. Other dishes not up to the usual standards. Put me off ordering there again. Shame

I have been here a couple of times since the place changed hands and the food here has really improved a great deal. The food tastes home cooked to order and by a chef who cares about what they are doing. The man serving the customers is a really nice friendly chap and is really accommodating if they are having a buay period. I hope you find this review helpful and that you give this place a try. They deserve your business and you will not be disappointed.

We started using Bonoful when our closet Indian takeaway went downhill and we would not go anywhere else. The delivery is a real bonus for us as many don't deliver out to our village. The service and food are both fabulous and the discount offered for collection is also great when we have time to collect. The food is always delicious and hot and the welcome is warm whthe that's when we collect or when delivered and the owner always knows and remembers who we are .
