"The restaurant is located in the Media Harbour, but there is a branch of Böser Chinese in Flingern as well. The place itself is very stylish and modern with an illuminated bar opposite the entrance and an open kitchen (live cooking) next to the door. Even though the kitchen is open to the guestroom there was no unpleasant smell or noise coming out of the kitchen. We went there with a group of 10 people and everybody was able to find a delicious dish. As for my part, I chose a vegetarian dish with tofu, spinach, broccoli, bean sprouts, carrots, zucchini and homemade noodles. Most often you can choose between homemade noodles and rice to complement your dish, but I would recommend to choose the noodles since they are the speciality of the restaurant and super delicious. If you want to eat at a Chinese/Asian place in Dusseldorf, then you should definitely go to Böser Chinese, you will not regret!!"

The food was decent. I can't say I was wowed by the food, but I did like it. it has outdoor seating, but it doesn't provide much to look at.

Modern "Chinese" cuisine with good variety of dishes - ranging from Dim Sums to Chinese Pan Cakes and more classic "meat with vegetables and rice" dishes. Attentive and friendly service. Reasonable pricing! Would reccomend this if you are in the area!

Here during the lockdown for pickup. We ordered the door and it took about 20 minutes to prepare the food. Was all neat and safe packed and no spill of sauce, etc. during transportation at home. The food was good, we all enjoyed it when we were home. Sad to have missed the atmosphere in the restaurant, as it looked very beautiful from the outside. Visualizza piatti

I'm living close to this place and it is always full of people. I wanted to try the food. The portion is too big so that you don't need to order any primo or appetizer. The food is not so heavy and you can enjoy, vegetables and rice or noodles in a tasty Chinese sauce. The main dish is 10-15 euros and enough for one person even two people can share. The design inside is cozy and if the weather is good there are seats also outside

Make sure you order your whole meal before the kitchen closes... As part of a non-German group, I entered this restaurant about 9:30 pm, in for the whole meal. Starting off with a drink, we ordered a round of shared appetizers while continuing to study menus. Fortunately the appetizers were both tasty and ample, as when we got to the main course, we were told the kitchen was closed. 10pm in the "Hafen", lots of people around. Dusseldorf, get a grip!

Our party of 12 (family reunion) descended upon this restaurant - the majority of us for the first time. The food was fantastic and from that aspect, highly recommend and is the only reason there are any stars in this review. BUT after my husband quickly paid the bill (the chaos of moving 12 people around - enough said) we got home and examined it more closely. Two entrees and three appetizers we never ordered or received were listed, inflating our already pricey bill by an additional 20%. Overall, I would say that the great food is not worth that type of underhandedness. We definitely won't be back. Visualizza piatti

Visited here for dinner on a whim while travelling for business. The dish ordered tasted nothing like it had been described and tasted awful. I pointed this out and asked for an alternative dish. I was then told by the waitress that the chef declined...and said I would need to pay for this dish and any alternatives. I would understand if it were my tastebuds but not even the waiter/manager was willing to smell the dish. He then ranted at us as he walked away while the rest of the restaurant looked on. I have never experienced such rudeness and diabolical customer service. So disappointed to spend my first night in Germany ever and Düsseldorf here!!

Fairly big restaurant with comfy seating (loved their chairs . The cuisine is obviously Asian and even if at first glance there is not much vegetarian choice, they are very flexible and the meat can be left out from your dish. As a starter I had...the Hafen wrap with tofu and it was delicious! Can really recommend it. My main dish was also good but nothing compared to the starter (see pics . The kitchen did a faux-pas and served chicken in my friend 's soup even though she explicitly asked for a vegetarian version. You can not fool the girl and she noticed the chicken directly. The staff tried to save the situation as good as possible and on top of new dish, we got free drinks : thumbs up to...
