"I had booked the hotel spontaneously because it was close to my client and was still reasonably affordable (Messe in Nuremberg). Even during the day I was called and asked if I wanted to eat in the evening (taken 20-21 as an arrival time when booking). Due to the closure of the kitchen, I was asked to make a bread time so that I would get something to eat in the evening. Despite the fact that I have eaten with relatives in the evening, this is an exemplary and simply super customer service. The check-in and the handover of the keys went smoothly. My room or better said apartment was really big and had a living room and a large hall next to the bedroom. It was probably a new room and very modern. Very nice.Also breakfast was suitable and staff attentive and accommodating.Only the officially suggested breakfast time of 8.00 a.m. (unofficially it was fortunately already before) is too late for me as a business traveler.Everything in all, the attentive, friendly and accommodating staff made a smile on my face. Thank you to the team."

"great restaurant. that is worth a visit. the owner has cultivated a beautiful large winter garden terrace, from which you have a view over the entire valley to the back forchheim. the kitchen is also absolutely recommended and the service is also very friendly. in the past, they sometimes had to find a parking space because of the somewhat remote hanging problems. because the owner has built its own parking space, but they always find a parking space right in front of the restaurant. one of my favorite restaurants in the region."

"Unprofessionell, unverschämt und einfach nur unter aller Kanone. Spontane Besuche scheinen das Personal massiv zu überfordern und lassen Kellner genervt und respektlos werden. Wollten zu zweit einfach nur etwas zu Abend essen, fragten nach einem freien Tisch. Trotz der Tatsache dass Tische erst zweieinhalb Stunden später reserviert waren und alles leer war, hat man uns sichtlich mit Mühe und Not den schlechtesten Tisch angeboten. Der ältere Kellner brachte 2 Stück lappriges Papier was die Speisekarten darstellen sollten. Der Einstieg war: Wollen Sie was essen, Kaffee, was trinken oder wie oder was??? Was wollen Sie? Die restliche Unterhaltung lief ähnlich serviceorientiert ab, worauf wir aufgestanden und gegangen sind.Ein guter Rat: Wenn ihr keinen Bock auf euren Job habt, macht eueren Laden zu. Wenn ihr so viele unterirdische Google Bewertungen habt, lernt daraus, schmeißt euer frustriertes Personal raus oder bezahlt es besser und schult es, wie man in der Gastronomie mit Gästen umgeht. Achja und noch ein kleiner Tipp: Macht nicht auf teuer, euch kennt kein Mensch und die Aussicht und die Location macht das was man hier als Gast erlebt, nicht wett. Nie wieder!!"
