"Really unbelievable. You call them to order something to be picked up, then they often forget to make the food and they only start when you get there. 1× is not a time but it happens all the time here. Ordered today for delivery. After 1.5 hours I wonder what's going on, call them. First of all, no one can speak German, the phone is handed over twice and the questions are the same again. In the end they say in plain German, bad luck, no more deliveries today (9:35 p.m. . So kind of disgusting. Waited 1.5 hours for free. Now I have the choice between driving to MC-D at 9:50 p.m. and eating the food or going to bed hungry. I eat out twice every day and know so many restaurants and takeaways. And in the 5 years since I've been doing this, I've never experienced anything like it. They're probably trying hard and don't want to give a bad review. But all of this is a mess."

Wir gehen eigentlich gerne hin aber die Pizza heute war die reinste Beleidigung und unter dem Standard was man dort sonst bekommt.. Ein nasser Haufen lieblos zusammengeworfenen Zutaten, alles zusammen ein einziger nasser Matschhaufen. Ein pizzastück normal in der Hand zu essen war schlicht nicht möglich. Hallo, Ich war immer begeistert mit dem Essen es ist auch immer lecker ,aber gestern war ich und meine Freunde nicht zufrieden. Dönerbox mit Salat war ja was anderes aber essen hat mann es nicht können. Und gefragt hat man auch nicht. Und das Döner Brot war nicht durch. Und das finde ich schade.. Wir habe es leider weg werfen müssen,weil man hat es nicht essen können.. Woll ich immer bei euch hole oder Bestelle,aber gestern war es nicht zum essen.. Wir sehen weitet......
