"A chacun de mes retours a Pietracorbara, je retourne manger dans ce petit restaurant convivial et je ne suis jamais deçu! La cuisine est locale, avec d’excellents produits qu’on ne retrouve nulle part ailleurs (sirops locaux du maquis : immortelle, romarin… . La viande est excellente, les produits sont frais. De plus on est reçus dans un cadre sympathique et luxuriant. Ne comptez pas y trouver des produits mondialisés (sodas, etc car l’écologie y est une valeur cardinale ! Lieu a voir"

A little foodtruck hidden on the Cap Corse road. The dishes were excellent, cooked with fresh and local products, and the boss extremely pleasant and welcoming. To test absolutely!!
