absolutely gross food. was stone cold.don’t order from here. expensive for nothing. not worth all the money.

hasn't had a Burger king for years, but I enjoyed it, the restaurant was clean well maintained, food was fresh hot, loved it.

sa inside, very quiet for a midday, very unusual for burger king, clean inside. I had the vegan burger, was a hot delicious meal. service very fast.

The food is lovely and always well put together and packaged properly unlike other fast food chains the staff are a mixed bunch some lovely and friendly and some rude. The place however is disgustingly dirty especially the black muddy floors covered in days worth of chips and the toilets almost made me vomit

the building looks a bit worn out, but unlike that it is a big burger king. the staff was friendly and regularly cleaned and eating came quickly. when I ate my meal, it tasted like normal BK food, great and delicious. I get this place really for everything to want from a fast snack to a full meal with their friends.

Four of us visited this evening about 9pm. We attempted to use the order screen but it kept losing our order. (Nowhere near as user-friendly to use as the MacDonalds screens). I went to the counter to place my order and explained the problem with the screens. The young lady was very pleasant and started to take my order. A male assistant or manager turned round and shouted loudly at me over the assistant -TAKE AWAY ORDERS ONLY! I politely told him to stuff the order and we left. Not only did they lose our tonight's order, but they have also lost any future orders from us.

My wife and I arranged a trip to Canterbury from Ramsgate last night, as this Burger King claimed to offer a small discount for Defence Discount Service card holders. Upon arrival, the whole interior was filthy. Large groups of young teens sat around, not eating, intimidating customers with gangster type verbal abuse. The duty manager didn't want to offer the advertised discount. That wasn't a problem. The food was tepid, served by surly, bored looking staff. The cooking area looked disgusting. The toilets were closed. I asked a member of staff for a cloth for me to clean a table for my wife and I to sit at. I think we lasted 5 minutes before leaving. A dreadful experience. I always prefer burger kings products and have eaten them all over the world: the usa, Southeast Asia, etc. but I stopped going here because the bad experiences with the employees do not understand the commands to make them wrong and wash their hands. that is, I had liked a personal person here, that is amazingly good with people, and I must say that I have always preferred the golden arches.
