"It's a shame, this Burger King should be packed to the rafters as the other restaurant is having a makeover plus it's the school holidays. But no, it's empty apart from the Deliveroo guys and I'm not surprised. Lack lustre staff who clearly hate working there, always forgetting to put items in the bag every time for the last weeks and having visited all Burger Kings in Aberdeen, not one could give me an Oreo golden shake on any occasion. Why advertise the blinking things if you don't sell them! Sorry but compared to McDonald's KFC, there's a lot of improvement needed. Even my Autistic Son (who has had me drive halfway across Scotland for the taste of a Burger King), has said he doesn't want to go back there next week. Shame."

This is a good location in the summer so watch out it can get very busy it is located next to the funfair and cinema which is great sells the same as the

Burger King branch is very well set up for Covid guidance and well sign posted. Food is generally well known to most people. Food is fresh and good choice available at branch.

Typical chain burger joint .was nice to be able to order ahead on the app and only a short wait when got there . Place seemed clean although I did not dine in . Happy staff so they doing something right

TBH I wouldn't even give them one star. Poor hygiene. Wrong order. Have taken a bite before realising that there was no cheese. Went in to say to the sup Michael and the lady, they wanted the sandwich back, fair enough. But handling my eaten sandwich and probing with their fingers and then went on to serve other customers without washing or sanitising hands. They left the sandwich on the counter next to the tills for the whole minutes I was seated Made me feel like I shouldn't have said anything to them Did take a refund rather than another sandwich No next time.
