Great experience and a lovely restaurant customer service was impeccable couldn’t fault a single staff member nice to see the air con finally fixed

Everyone who works here is really sound. Most BKs everyone seems depressed, people here seem more chill I like it. Would always come here rather than eastgate if I’m in between.

Impeccably clean and tidy. Very friendly staff. Only issue was they were a bit lacking in choice from the menu. I assume they were having delivery issues like everyone else at the moment. Visualizza piatti

I had a good customer service at bk. my only critique to bk is the small portions compared to the example mcdonalds. compared to the bad experience I had at knights templar, at least my night ended with a good note. (I don't think I'll eat again at a spoon, just too dirty!

The staff are friendly and the restaurant has been recently renovated with improved seating and brighter lighting. They have ordering machines and a Fanta ice drink machine. The opening times are also more convenient. This is definitely my favorite place for a delicious burger and fries.

Arrived at 9pm with my family, ordered at the counter to then be told we couldn’t eat inside. General lack of customer service. I think they are only interested in sorting out the delivery orders. We watched 5 people get turned away from the door in the time it took us to eat our food outside. Visualizza piatti

It's a burger king so absolutely stomps on McDonald's. The burgers were absolutely delicious and actually looked like the picture as apposed to McDonald's where you get a beaten up mess half the time. I had a wooper and the beef was moist and very tender, the salad items were chrisp and fresh, mouth watering.

Wow! It's such a shame that we no longer have Burger King in Bath, but it was worth traveling for that delicious meal. The service was very nice and friendly, and I appreciated the cleanliness of the restaurant. The 5-star rating on the door is well deserved. The food was delicious and consistently good, just like always. Well done, guys!
