Burger King Winwick Quay

Half of order order was missing, wrong items, fries cold, what we did receive burnt. Whole meal totally inedible.

“We no longer do milkshakes”…really?? I’m not talking the machine is broken. They’ve completely stopped doing them.

Great food, polite friendly staff, restaurant very clean. Staff always happy to help Will definitely be coming back.

Food was okay but could’ve been better. I’m just glad that Abi and Tyler was there as she help and assisted me throughout my whole order. Best employees.

Staff is really slow and all you can hear is them laughing on the back drink machines never works you have to wait for food more than 20 min even if its not busy

The staff appear to be running around like headless chickens. Kitchen totally disorganised. Waiting times unacceptable for fast food restaurant….30 minute wait for whopper meal. Both drinks machines out of order but they don’t tell you until food served and then limited choice of drinks. This restaurant needs new management who know what they are doing.

Worse burger King ever!few times ive had delivery and had missing items,last time i actually went into the store for the rest of my food,asked to see a manager,she wasnt bothered at all!the store also needed a good clean it was minging.instead of giving me food they tried to give me just the 2 missing burgers,i had to ask for fresh fries,i wouldnt usually bother but at those prices. Today i thought i would give it one more try as i was working from home,i ordered a cheese burger and 12 chillie cheese bites and spicy may dip x 3, only my burger was delivered and freezing cold,never ordering frim there again,they dont care

What an absolute disgrace of a restaurant we've just eaten here as a family we would have left if my son wasn't hungry and we had driven half hour to get there. As we pulled up on the carpark there was a group of kids just smoking ecigs outside which we later discovered half of them work there and kept nipping in and out when they supposed to be working. Every table looked like it needed cleaning, the bins where rammed full with rubbish. The food was just warm and the burgers where dry as a bone. Then To top it all off I took my son to the toilet before leaving and what an absolute mess they where never be back her ever again
