The Burgers looked sad, small, sugary and stingy. Very small quantity. Coleslaw is packaged box one. Nothing felt fresh. A bit disappointed!

love all about this place, the room is amazing, the crew is extremely beautiful and helpful and eating is so delicious. try the limonaden and various pommes. each of the gardeners are delicious, I've tried many.

If you’re looking for a great Burger than try this restaurant, located in Fürth in cool location, restaurant includes a surprisingly large beer garden. I have been there for a dinner with colleagues and I cannot get any pleasure eating their well marketed food. Everything tastes as preserved and this lack of freshness reduces the pleasure close to zero. Great burgers, great fries and salads! We’re coming here regularly and have tried different dishes, all of them really good. The burgers here are really tasty (juicy and not the deep frozen paddies), service is very attentive and friendly, so definitely recommend this place!!! Why...only points? This time we had to wait almost minutes for our food but the team made up for this by inviting us for an espresso after dinner.

We arrived shortly after they opened at 5pm. We've been surprised it got crowded so fast. The location is great, right in the city center. Inside the restaurant is rather dark but still cozy. The Service was very friendly and quick when we ordered, but later they became a little more stressed. But always kept kind! The food was average. When it arrived the pulled beef was not warm, the baked beans even chilled. On request the baked beans have been heated up. But the sweet potato fries are really good! The cheeseburger was ok but also rather cold.The coleslaw on the other hand was warm. It is a pity, the dishes clearly have the potential to make you happy. I the think we won't come back.

Anyone who thinks this place serves a decent -some have even said great hamburgers have never had a good hamburger....probably never had one in the outside world. Remember that this is being written by an American, raised on hamburgers. Burger Heart is a travesty;...the hamburgers are made in advance, frozen, and then cooked from frozen so that a rare or medium rare hamburger is not to be had. How do I know this? I was told that the rare hamburger I ordered would take LONGER to prepare than a well done one -what because it had to be thawed.
