"Das Ca d'Oro ist ein wahres Juwel der Gourmetküche! Als jemand, der aus den Alpen stammt, war ich begeistert von der alpin-österreichischen Inspiration, die sich durch das gesamte Menü zieht. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich das Gericht „Rote Beete Oona Kaviar“, das mit seiner exzellenten Säure-Mischung an die Aromen meiner Heimat erinnerte. Der „Marinierte Geflämmte Stör“ war ebenfalls ein absoluter Traum, der durch seine österreichischen Einflüsse bestach. Das „Knusprige Perlhuhn“ war eines der Highlights des Abends – die Harmonie zwischen dem jungen Kohl, Sauerkraut und den getrockneten Pflaumen war perfekt abgestimmt. Auch das „Scampo Kalbsherz à la Tafelspitz“ überzeugte mich mit seiner Intensität und einer wunderbaren Umsetzung eines traditionellen Klassikers. Das Hauptgericht, das „Spanische Wagyu-Filet“, überraschte mit spannenden Kombinationen wie Champignon de Paris und salziger Zitrone – außergewöhnlich und zugleich köstlich! Die Desserts waren ein krönender Abschluss: Die „Ziegenmilchschokolade“ mit Kürbis und Hagebutte war außergewöhnlich, doch der „Apfel Zimt“ erinnerte an einen klassischen Apfelstrudel und war das perfekte Finale. Dieses Wintermenü (24/25) ist ein absolutes Muss und macht das Restaurant nicht nur zu einem Geheimtipp, sondern zu einem Ziel, das auch einen Umweg wert ist. Absolute Empfehlung! I was immensely impressed by the experience of dining at your restaurant. I have tried the 6 course tasting menu and cannot express in words how heavenly each course tasted. What a starred Michelin restaurant! They must have 2* for the kitchen and also the staff was perfect in each part. Perfect combination with the food like the sweetbreads, my favourite dish, finished with truffle foam and dried apricots with scorzanera. The wine list is not so large but well researched with so many beautiful labels. We've enjoyed an amazing Bourgogne Blanc. I hope to return there as soon as possible.

The restaurant is on the 2nd floor of iconic Grand Hotel des Bains Kempinski, serving fine dine mediterranean culinery. A classic, noble and chic dining room with all around mirrors and crystal chandeliers. Both serving a la carte and 4-7 courses tasting menu, a very satisfying wine list, excellent dining experience and exceptional service staff. Atmosphere and foods are not suitable for kids even they prepared a special Chateaubriand for them. I recommend; Foie gras pate Homemade Tagliolini with parmesan foam Chateaubriand (not in the menu)

We have been in this restaurant already last year while staying in the hotel and we were really impressed. This year, we wanted to try again. The degustation menu represents a good value for money, compared to other gourmet restaurants in the town. The ingredients used are refined and on a higher level. The service is outstanding, the attention to details in the menu and in service is noticeable.
