this restaurant was booked before it visited a theatre production in the dominion theatre. friendly waiter, didn't get his name. eating was nice, service was fast, price was good. my only criticism is that they placed us next to the cash register, so we had always come with workers and at the cash register during our meal. although the restaurant was not full, they all seem to be crumbling in a small room. the table next to us was wrongly positioned, so we had to disturb the person sitting next table to go to the bathroom. filz very wedged.

we were very disappointed to turn and find out that our booking for done online weeks was not on record before. the place was busy and fortunately managed to get a table for finally. we told them we had to go to a show and eat our food quickly. managed to order and receive starter soon after. but no drinks for the old one until we asked, and it turned out that the beverage order was placed wrong. they get our drinks and meal times and had to finish everything down by not a good meal. free cocktails get as tokens, that was nice, but the evening meal was pampered.

This was for family members birthdays which we booked. When the food took an hour to arrive and we asked where it was we were told by the waiter that it wouldn’t be long but they were struggling as everyone in the restaurant arrived at same time and they were busy. No apology was offered. Mine and my partners food was fine but the two steaks were disgraceful. Both ordered medium rare and were medium/medium well at a push. They were completely different sizes in thickness and one was completely inedible as it was all fat/gristle. We asked another member of staff for the steaks to be taken off of the bill which they did and they came round with shots (still no apology) however as the service...
