le censier may look like many other arerots in paris, but weeping and eating are really extraordinary! the main course I had last night (poisson du march was a perfect salmon fillet on sweet potato pure, and looked seasonal vegetables. I also had a starter (pat de campagne) and dessert (creme brule) and both were very well prepared and presented. I would not have been surprised that these courses are served in a super-fancy restaurant! here is the real surprise that le censier offers great kitchen to be red preisen. the atmosphere is cozy, the owner friendly and helpful (in French, English, and some asian languages he by chance knows that I will come back, the next time I am in paris.

there are many good areros in paris – a city that appreciates good eating. le censier is one of the best – still relatiw new, a bit off the beaten track (a good one if you want to avoid the obvious tourist centers) still known to know few beyond...locals the owner guillaume speaks English good (and his menu is bilingual,) he is personally present to welcome them and ask them to answer and he knows a lot about eating and drinking. what you find there will surely impress you as much as I and my family. the wee he recommended was really the best we had in paris at a visit of several days and eat! we have opened with an amazing pate and a baked braut. the most beautiful in Toulouse style was the...
