Great food and staff are amazing, always go the extra mile, for the quality and quantity of food you get it is great value for money.

Have only used for milkshakes,ice creams and cakes for delivery, amazing quality and you get a good sized portion . The sundaes are amazing especially the Oreo one

I ordered some deserts and it came late. One of your drivers was very disrespectful asking for my partner’s number and being so aggressive about that. I believe you should check who you’re hiring to. There are a lot of rapers out there!!!

Honestly some of the worst food I’ve ever put in my mouth, nothing could make me eat the burgers from here again. Tasted nothing but salt and the “piri piri” seasoning on the soggy sweet potato fries literally tasted like ass. I can’t believe they’ve made a business charging money for human food.

Arrived after a hour, which is ok on a Friday night and Deliveroo did say 55 mins; but it’s cold, stone cold. Haven’t eaten it yet because I’m reheating the food so really can’t say how good or bad it is. From looking in the driver’s car it looks like the orders aren’t being kept in an insulated container and was handed over in a paper bag, so either I was at the back of the delivery queue or the containers or both didn’t save the day. Ordered online from Foodhub, cheesecake icecream hot chocolate at 8.30pm tonight 30 minutes delivery...fancied a wee treat. 9.30pm nothing arrived so called Presko to enquire no reply. They then called me back to say they don't have hot chocolate or cheesecake in stock the number they had for me doesn't work strangely.. I tried to cancel my order but it now says delivered. I will have now to visit store when I next get a chance. Poor show Presko Foodhub. Never again.

0 Star Waited a whole hour for a few milkshakes, wish I had read reviews before ordering. Update: the lady called me and started raising her voice at me , because I left a review, last words were “bullsh*t” and hung up , zero professionalism, narcissistic, i would definitely advice avoiding these guys or you will have issues. AVOID LIKE COVID. Very narcissistic owner, requires professional customer service training, did not expect her to use abusive language, I hope children and families dont witness her behaviour, absolutely disgusting.

I've ordered from here before and usually the food is good enough but this time it was awful. My burger was dry, they gave me a smaller Red Bull than the one I paid for on the menu and to top it all off there was 4-5 black pieces of plastic in the waffle! You'd think this would be a serious matter and I emailed them directly because obviously something was wrong and I didn't want anyone else getting plastic in their food. But over a week later still no reply, they obviously don't care. I ordered through Just Eat and was able to request a refund through the website but with no input or comment from Presko at all.
