Cafe Velo - Piatti

Cafe located near St Mary's church in Beverley. It is cycling themed and is very popular with cyclists. Service is friendly and prompt.

Great little cafe for everyone but especially cyclists (indoor bike storage). Good simple food with friendly, courteous efficient staff/service

We only had coffee, so I can't comment on the food but it was the worst coffee we've had for many years, very weak and couldn't even taste it. It's a shame because the atmosphere was nice and it's dog friendly.

What a find! Food delicious I had a cheeseburger was one if the nicest burgers I have ever had. My fellow diner had tuna and cheese toastie. Definitely going again and will take our dog next time. Give it a go..not open on Monday's though

Lovely food, you can tell the produce isn't shop bought. We will always return there. Cater for toddlers with high chairs, they allow dogs in. There is also lots of seating downstairs. It's a cycle cafe as they have bike racks there are always avid cyclists visiting. It's a nice atmosphere. Visualizza piatti

The best cafe we found in 400 miles cycling from Devon to Yorkshire. We were made to feel really welcome, the coffee was good and strong, the breakfast was amazing and the cake portions were very generous. The owner was very chatty and helpful with recommendations for the local area. I wish we were local so we could come back!

We, and our two dogs, met up with friends for lunch. Good venue, excellent service and tasty food. Dogs very impressed by (shared) puppacino and (shared) sliced cooked sausage! The place was fairly quiet at that time of day but this made it an excellent location for a good catch-up over a delicious light meal. Highly recommended!

This was my second visit to cafe velo. I came back because I enjoyed it so much the first time. Really lovely, friendly staff and fast service. Coffee was AMAZING. Just had a slice of cake with it this time. Nabbed the sofa in the window and it was so comfy, I wasn't sure that I'd be able to get out again. I will definitely go back next time I'm in Beverley.
