Caffe Nero Bridlesmith Gate

Some of the employees are very competent, while others seem a bit indifferent. Two servers in particular took a quick break to step outside and smoke cigarettes.

I have to give only 3* . All the staff are amazing, just one girl is constantly on slow motions . She is nice dont get me wrong, but come on girl put on the speed a bit.

My wife and I always call here for a coffee and a piece of cake when in town we both prefer it to the other well known chains. Its fair to say most are over priced but we still call

Frequently visit here for coffee, find the staff always friendly etc and it a very relaxed atmosphere, can be slow service at busy times however, but the reality is to many people in British culture rush around lol!

We`d arrived in Nottm too early as shops don`t open till 11am on Sundays and it was chilly, but thank goodness for Cafe Nero, which is situated close to many of the designer and independent shops. We enjoyed a lovely coffee in warm and cosy...surroundings with friendly service and magazines to read. We were so busy chatting we stayed longer and started our day with a smile.

I'm disappointed to say that during a business trip to Nottingham, I had the opportunity to discover this cafe tucked away on a lovely street. However, the service I received from a somewhat hefty brunette was terrible and completely ruined what could have been a very enjoyable experience. It was very disappointing to witness such poor behavior from someone representing the establishment.

The best seats in the house are those in the window. (Although the back room and upstairs are comfortable). I like to sit on the stool in the window, sup my cappuccino, munch my porridge and watch the world go by. Situated on one of...Nottngham’s busiest shopping streets this is a great place to take a break. It’s the usual Caffè Nero offering, and in my experience always served with a smile.

I visited the restaurant last week and ordered a soy latte to go. Unfortunately, it was so hot that I couldn't drink it until I was down the street, and when I took the lid off, I saw that it was mostly foam and half empty. Today, I went back and ordered a soy flat white that was once again too hot to drink. I'm puzzled as to why the employees can't seem to make a proper cup of coffee. Despite the friendly staff, I wouldn't recommend this place for coffee as it seems they need to better train their staff in coffee-making. I'm sorry to say that it was a disappointing experience.

I really enjoy the coffee served in caffe nero, I know it's a cafe brand endemic in very Great Britain, but I love her cappuccino coffee. this special city center outlet is super,nice decoration and decor, many seating options distributed over this caffe nero, it is. just a big caffe. we were here on a Friday evening, warmly welcomed by a very pleasant coworker, we got a cappuccino coffee each, these were served steam hot, we only cooled out and took in the big caffe nero we were in and planned out the night before in this big caffe. my cappuccino coffee was great, we really enjoyed it before we go on and first visit this special caffe nero . this caffe nero is easy to find on bridlesmith ga...
