Campanile Bayonne - Piatti

This was a discount offer from our hotel as they didn't have a restaurant.Food was fine. A little confusion with English as they want you to eat salad first and not with your main meal.It was our first night in Europe and were to discover this is normal.

we had booked into another hotel chain, however, we were not able to access the accommodation we paid. we were looking for an alternative hotel close by. it was accidental that we came across the campanile in bayonne. we were in a position to arrange in and to have dinner. the breakfast next morning was typical French in style and self-service. the room was clean and the facilities were better than what they could expect for a budget hotel.

my friends and I had a meal at the restaurant in the bayonne campanile hotel. the terrible little hotel in which we had booked ourselves foolishly about the internet, had no restaurant and so qualified we for a discount in campanile...restaurant they offered a fixed price menu of the buffet started and a main course that only over (I can not remember we). the wine was cheap and quite drinkable. but we came completely indispensable when we decided to have a pudding. we thought we were mistaken that a pudding was included (our fault is complete) but when we got the bill, each person the pudding was almost as much as the entire rest of the meal. My friends and I had a meal at the restaurant attached to the Bayonne Campanile hotel. The horrible little hotel we had foolishly booked ourselves into, over the internet, did not have a restaurant and so we qualified for a 15% discount at the Campanile restaurant.They offered a fixed price menu of buffet started and a main course - which were fine and cost only about €12-15 (I can't remember which). The wine was relatively cheap and quite drinkable. However we came completely unstuck when we decided to have a pudding each. We mistakenly thought that a pudding was included (our fault entirely) but when we got the bill each person's pudding was €9.90 - nearly as much as the whole of the rest...
