Spanish Bar/Restaurant, friendly staff made to feel welcome having just arrived in Bilbao on a Sunday evening and not many place open for food ... good honest food at reasonable prices.

the mixed salad is of the best qie I have eaten, simple, rich and abundant, although it would be preferable for olives to be deboneted. As long as I'm going to bilbao, I'm coming to try this salad one more time. the rest of normal things throwing good

great restaurant to go in group without space problem. mark the desired menu on a paper, take the ticket and wait, it is self-service. by the beach. large or medium rations to choose from: half ribs, an entire chicken, etc. for an affordable price. 9-10€.

Was looking forward to a nice rack of ribs with fries. What I was served resembled a rack of fat, no meat what so ever. It's a self service place and extremely busy, but it just lacks character, staff were not interested and didn't want to be there. To me it was a poor effort, the nearby McDonalds would have been a better choice.

Without a doubt the worst place we ate in Spain. Never trust a restaurant with a life size fibre glass pirate in it- a maxim for life! Entirely self service, you have to order in the bar and they thrust a table cloth at you and some cutlery. We had patatas bravas (yuck), croquetas (still frozen in the middle) and ensalada mixta plus two soft drinks. Came to nearly €40! The “salad”, €10, was half an iceberg lettuce, one small tomato, and a mound of white onion. Oh and two green olives. No service to speak of, the location is nice but I would avoid at all costs!

There were so many people, long tails and a lot of noise. To order the food you have to get into the bar, they give you a number and they're calling every number for the microphone to go pick up the food at the bar. You don't see any waiter attending to see where you can sit and where to get covered and dishes. We took a little time to figure out how that worked. The noise of the numbers by the microphone is very unpleasant. the place gives a feeling of little care, cold and abandoned. The food we ordered was decent. chicken the best of all, crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. the salad of the typical mixes, the peppers filled without more. the same croquettes. high price for what...

hemis went to eat a group of friends on Friday quite late. they had about 15:45 and at least the kitchen was open. is a typical brewery with varied rations, roasted chicken, doses and ribs, mainly. the price is the usual although desserts have seemed expensive for what they were. flavor, normal the richest for me, rations are not bad, but it does not stand out. we have tried to chorizo to cider each racina brings three chorizos; the taste, the rich clay each racina brings three mini clays with a few normal red peppers. each racina brings 6 units quite rich. mixed salad average.
