I been a regular customer since my 17 year old daughter introduced this bubble tea to me few months ago. I like their matcha milk tea. I just hope they can be more organised to avoid a long queue.

Really like the bubble tea here, I'd never tried It before here but it was really nice. I had peach milk tea with strawberry popping bubbles. It was great! Although a bit pricey £3.80/£4.10) for the regular I had.

The Taro Tea and Brown Sugar Milk Tea at Chatime are incredibly delicious. The service is excellent, and you really can't complain. Chatime also offers indoor seating, which is perfect for the upcoming winter season. Visualizza piatti

I absolutely love this place the drinks are so good- they are all prepared fresh in front of you and packaged really well. There is such a wide selection of drinks you will definitely find something to suit your taste.

It was the first time having bubble tea so I has to ask the staff to literally walk me through what 's offered. The person serving me was very helpful and patient and I had a very pleasant experience. And the tea was great too.

During a shopping trip to Nottingham, we decided to stop at this restaurant for a drink and we were very impressed! They offer a wide selection of drinks and have a charming seating area and wall of post-it notes inside. We will definitely be returning in the future. Visualizza piatti

I'm a regular customer, 10/10 tea but there's just not enough! I have a pretty small appetite whereby I'll usually order modest portions but myself and my friends agree that there needs to be a larger drink size option. I'm sure this strategy would cost little to implement and offer sweet margins in return ;

Obi i loved the drink, bubble tea is awesome!! But this review is actually about their service. The girls that work there were SO SO SO LOVELY, so helpful (as i was so indecisive and just very nice in general. this was my first time in Nottingham (I'm from London so I've left with a great impression of the people of Nottingham! This is the kind of attitude/personality a sales assistant should have hats off to you guys! I hope this message reaches the girls that work there I'm sure they'd know who wrote it haha

The milk tea is good, but the waiting time is unacceptable and the staff seems to be slacking. When I ordered today, I was warned that it might take twenty minutes to prepare my milk tea. This sounded very long for a single drink, but I was fine with it. Unfortunately, I did not receive anything for one hour. After this hour, I started asking them and was told to wait for another five minutes. Further ten minutes later, I asked again, which (I think) made them prioritise my drink. I'm not saying the staff there is not working at all, they do work, but they work very slowly. Visualizza piatti
