"I ordered a vegetarian burger meal at this restaurant, but when it arrived, the burger was actually a meat burger. I called to inform them and they said they would send a new meal. However, when the replacement burger arrived, it was missing the chips. I called again, and was told that they had assumed the chips that had touched the meat burger would be acceptable for the vegetarian. I was not happy and offered to return the entire order for a refund, as the experience of having a takeaway was completely ruined. When I went to the store, the manager refused to give me a refund."

Myself and my family always enjoy our meals from here. Staff are always polite and friendly. Lots to offer. The extravaganzas are huge ! Well worth the cost

The chicken extravaganza was delicious with generous fillings, and the chips were perfectly cooked. The chili poppers had a nice kick to them and were very tasty. The service was also friendly.

Best thing I can say is that there was a fat portion of unseasoned chips to go with it. No actual sauce in the burgers just grilled chicken breast, was hoping it to be crispy Honestly would say it’s same sort of standard to a bad kens

This is one of the best take aways in Portsmouth the quality of food and price is well worth it and the service is always good Delivery times are great nearly always before stated times food is always hot so you know it been cooked just before delivery
