This restaurant is the best in the chain for Chimichangas. The staff are exceptional, going above and beyond to deliver great service. They are like little superstars.

The restaurant's Mexican flair is evident in everything from the bamboo decorations to the inclusion of piri piri chicken on the menu. However, the true standout is the Cholula hot sauce.

"My sister (45) and I (44) visited a restaurant today to celebrate the birthdays of my mum (72) and my godmother (71) after hearing good things about their afternoon tea. I have to say, we were not disappointed. The whole experience was delightful. We were warmly greeted by Linda and shown to our table. They offered a great selection of teas and the food was absolutely delicious. We appreciated the simplicity of the sandwiches and pastries, which were tasty and familiar. The sandwiches included cream cheese and cucumber, ham with Dijon mustard, and egg mayo. The scones were light and fluffy, while the cakes, including Victoria sponge, lemon drizzle, chocolate brownie, and red velvet, were all delicious. The waitstaff, including Lily, Harry, and Linda, were attentive and accommodating. As a special surprise, they brought out individual cupcakes with candles and sang happy birthday to the ladies, which was a lovely touch. I would highly recommend having afternoon tea at this restaurant. It is well worth the money and provides a great experience."

"I love this place, there are so many vegan options on the menu, toasties, burgers, pizza, shakes and there’s always at least 1 vegan cake or other sweet thing. The staff are really friendly. The cafe has a whole ton of board games suiting every age, but you don’t have to eat to play or play to eat. Great vibe. I recommend booking a table at the front of the cafe if you can as you’ll get natural light in from the big windows, the back space feels a bit claustrophobic but there’s nothing they can do about that."

"What a great family run pub! Eclectic clientele of all ages. Friendly welcome, with super attentive staff. Great food with a huge nod to their South African roots, but great traditional fare too. Smallish menu but that’s because everything is cooked fresh, be patient it’s worth the wait. If not go to the local Spoons or Harvester, you’d fit right in!!! There is a good selection of traditional ales, Peroni and Bira Moretti on tap for the more discerning lager drinkers, the Guinness is excellent too. If you ask nicely they’ll make you an Old Fashioned as well! These guys work really hard with regular quiz, DJ and live music events with a really chilled and friendly vibe. Great that my GF lives just around the corner … legendary for a local."

"The restaurant has a fantastic atmosphere and serves delicious food. The platter for four was quite generous and could easily feed six people. Manisha provided excellent service. I highly recommend this place. It is perfect for dinner, with prices ranging from £10-£20 per person. The food, service, and atmosphere all receive top marks of 5. Vegetarians will also be pleased with the options available. Highly recommended."

"We recently hosted my Uncle’s wake at the Horse and Chains Pub with around 35 guests in the restaurant area. The staff were amazing, very accommodating and laid-back. The pub was cozy, clean, and spacious enough for our group to socialize. The food was delicious, plentiful, hot, and a great selection, all served on time. The bar service was quick and efficient despite the crowd. The venue had everything we needed, including parking and both indoor and outdoor seating. We are glad we chose this venue and will definitely be back as locals. Vegetarian options were available and dietary restrictions were catered for. Thank you for a wonderful experience."
