"So there, even if I absolutely had to find something to complain about, I wouldn't even know what to invent. It was simply perfect. Elegant and warm service, very good quality products, a delicious atmosphere. I had the tagliatelle with truffles and tasted the seafood risotto and the ham and mushroom pizza, everything was excellent. We had a wonderful time and are grateful to have come across you by chance to complete our stay in Schaffouse. In addition, the prices are quite reasonable. Thank you Santa Lucia. Highly recommended. "Unfriendly staff who don't care about the guests. The lady who “served” us wasn’t in the mood and made a face accordingly. The portion was rather small, the vegetables were completely overcooked, and we weren't even served the accompanying dessert. The interior of the restaurant was converted into an office. The tables are extremely close together and you could hear strange noises coming from the kitchen. We then left as quickly as possible. Would not recommend the restaurant."

"The location of the restaurant is superb, directly in front of the waterfalls, in an old house built directly on the river. The waterfalls can be admired through the large windows and can almost be considered part of the decor! The service is precise and attentive, impeccable. Unfortunately the choice of dishes is not up to the level of the location, even if the quality of the food is decidedly good"

"The worst Züri Geschnetzeltes ever: ready made Rösti from a can or an aluminum bag, half covered with the sauced meat with canned mushrooms, a few roughly chopped carrots pulled out of the water a cheek for Fr. 41. . As a single guest I didn't get any bread like all the other guests very poor service. A foreign waiter tried to persuade me, a Swiss woman, that these were all fresh products only at the age of 70 does a Swiss woman know the difference between fresh Rösti and ready made Rösti. The boss ran away when a waitress tried to bring her to the table. Really not recommended."
