"Sonsbeek Paviljoen is a Chinese restaurant of a kind that is slowly becoming a thing of the past. The interior is a little stuffy and old-fashioned, with lots of thick carpets, upholstered furniture and folded napkins. This does mean that the acoustics of the place are quite pleasant. Service is friendly and professional. Some of the older staff aren't completely fluent in Dutch (nor in English, for that matter) but they manage. Patrons are given a hot towel after dinner, another slightly old-fashioned practice that I actually really appreciate. The menu includes traditional Chinese/Indonesian fare (popular as a take-out option), some more refined Chinese food, as well as some Japanese, Korean and Thai dishes. Changes to the menu happen slowly, and changes to the dishes are even slower. The result is far from trendy, but the quality is solid."

Lekker gegeten met een grote groep mensen. Service was goed, personeel vond ik vriendelijk. Wij waren er op een zondag en het zat bomvol, dus soms moesten we even wachten. Zelf vond ik de eend en de garnalen het lekkerst.

Idyllic scenery around in a beautiful green park, a great restaurant, lovely food, very friendly and talented staff, cosy ambience, great value for money and pleasure... You just must try it yourself if you happen to come to Arnhem and visit the Sonsbeek park... Surely recommended!

Vanavond weer heerlijk gegeten, allemaal kleine gerechtjes, je kiest uit meer dan 50 verschillende, zoveel je op kunt voor een vaste prijs !!! Heerlijk wijntje of biertje erbij, een geweldig vriendelijke bediening, wat wil je nog meer? Een aanrader voor iedereen, probeer het eens, alleen op dinsdag gesloten, maar verder alle dagen feest!!!!
