Had a fantastic evening at the restaurant with excellent service from Ayoub. I highly recommend trying the desserts and teas, especially the hot chocolate.

Lovely place lovely ambience. The biryani here is very nice and so delicious in addition to the selection of teas for afternoon tea and the stick toffee pudding is to die for .

I went to this restaurant with my best friend for an afternoon tea and I was truly impressed by the warm welcome we received. Michele helped us navigate through each course and suggested the best teas for us. I have been to many places, but this was definitely the most welcoming. Thank you to the staff, we will definitely be returning!

My mother and I came for afternoon tea and was welcomed by none other than Michele. He was super attentive throughout and impressively knowledgable! He made our afternoon tea quite the experience. If this was based on Michele alone, I would’ve given 10 stars without a second thought, however, the part we were most looking forward to (the scones were too hard and dense. Overall, Impeccable service from Michele, nice food so I would recommend (unless you’re a scone lover sorry!

we went to lunch there. they probably have the best club sandwich in the city I could eat 10 teller! it is so light and delicious. the pasta was also beautiful and cooked for perfection. the service was friendly, wonderful tasting desserts, teetpots were replaced from time to time and the skorn were delicious! the atmosphere is very relaxing and chairs so comfortable I could have slept in them! the service is great, the staff are attentive, without being overlaid. perfect place to stop lunch while shopping. highly recommended

Wonderful you would not regret a visit! I have been taking my niece to festive afternoon tea for 13 years and The Chinoiserie was the best yet! We started our tea tradition with the most obvious London hotels, and while each one has been very good, The Chinoiserie was by far the best. Truly wonderful on all levels. A key ingredient was Jaime who provided excellent insight into the festive tea and curated the whole experience as a wonderful story teller. After seeing many photos of the viral hot chocolate at this restaurant, we decided to book a table to end our day in the city. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we were completely ignored by the two men at the front desk who were speaking to each other in another language and did not acknowledge us. After waiting for them to finish, one of them finally greeted us but then abruptly asked if we were willing to pay a minimum of £50 each, which was not mentioned on their website or in any of our booking confirmations.
