Staff were kind, friendly and attentive considering how busy the restaurant was. Food was incredible and arrived quickly.

Excellent food and service from the waiters. Didn’t wait long for food. Colouring was provided for our children which kept them busy

Had a lovely meal here with the family, Calzone with everything else served and these were simply the best we have tried, very good service and lovely surroundings.

Pizza express Knightsbridge , had permanently closed from 24 April , 2022. .If you are in the area you can visit the Cromwell Road branch or the Kings Road Branch . They are still open .

Stopped at this particular branch of Pizza Express whilst on a day trip to London. The service was prompt and friendly and the pizza was cooked just the way my daughter likes it! I thoroughly enjoyed my prosciutto and caprese salad too. Will definitely visit again. Visualizza piatti

My family had a meal at this crowded restaurant, and everything was fine until dessert. We ordered the millionaire's fudge cake and the Black Forest cake, both priced at a shocking £7.25 each. I was surprised by the difference in portion sizes. The manager explained that the discrepancy was due to the kirsch alcohol in the Black Forest cake. Both desserts were tasty, but we felt they were ultimately overpriced.

I went to this restaurant for lunch with a friend and unfortunately had a negative experience. The waitress who greeted us was very unfriendly and rude. When I asked if we could be seated at a different table because we were in a cramped corner, she simply said no, even though there were plenty of open tables downstairs. The food was delicious as always, but the service was terrible. Another waiter, an older man with glasses, seemed to ignore customers waiting at the door. The couple next to us also mentioned the poor service. I understand that it may be a busy time of year, but it is important to be polite and cheerful. Sadly, this experience has caused me to lose respect for this restauran...

Ever since my friend had introduce me to Pizza Express, it has become my favourite pizza joint. Hence, after our window-shopping at Harrods, we searched for the closest Pizza Express branch to have dinner. Thank goodness it was just walking distance from Harrods. It was a 2-storey restaurant the waitress had told us to go upstairs as there were no more seats on the ground floor. We ordered our usual which was the vegetarian pizza. Unfortunately, my friend had forgotten to inform the waiter to change the vegan cheese to regular cheese. She had also forgotten to ask for thin crust.
