Went here on a whim during vacation, and it's the best burger in town! The service was also amazing. The owner came over and was super friendly and welcoming 11/10! I ended going back twice during my stay!

Abbiamo viaggiato in Italia per due settimane, alternando tra pasta e pizza. Hamburger, patatine e insalate erano deliziosi! Ottimo servizio, anche se non era una domenica sera. La limonata biologica fresca era un'ottima scelta. Cibo fantastico!

I am very picky with my food and I could genuinely tell you that this burger place is amazing! Officially declare it Florence is best burger joint. I ordered 2 different burgers and both had their own unique taste! In simple words WOW!! Don’t bother yourself searching around I made it easy for you. This is the place. No regrets. Bon appetite! Piccolo posto, CIBO STRAORDINARIO! Siamo arrivati un po' tardi, il locale sopra la strada era chiuso, un errore felice. Uno di noi ha preso il burger Wild West, l'altro il burger texano. Le patatine erano calde, sottili e ben speziate (sale e pepe). Anche le tweezers erano buone, non grasse. Complessivamente, per la nostra prima cena a Firenze, non siamo rimasti delusi. Eravamo due americani in vacanza che volevano una pausa da pizza e pasta. Questo posto è stato davvero una scoperta. Abbiamo ordinato due hamburger diversi: il classico e lo speck superiore. Entrambi erano eccellenti, cotti al punto giusto, con una grande quantità di condimenti, carne di buona qualità, fagioli tostati e ottime patatine. Abbiamo anche provato le onion rings, che erano in uno stile diverso da quello a cui sono abituato, ma deliziose. Il personale è molto cordiale! Questo posto merita due pollici in su per l'amore degli hamburger americani.

I had believed a good burger all week and I saw all the great reviews for cloud 59, so I thought I would watch myself. I have actually sent the Instagram page to review and reply about their timings with the new rules. it is now open from 12:30-4:30 clock. the food was delicious and the owner was as nice and friendly and helpful as everyone said he was. I had the truffleburger and it was soouo good! I did not manage to finish a whole burger in the rule, but I ate all and had pommes too. I was there with three friends, one of them Americans, and all had enjoyed eating. I tried burger at two other places in florenz, but this one is my favorite and I will be definitiw again for more!

We loved this place. Needing a break from Pasta and Pizza and happened upon this place. How often do we wish our burger we order would just look like the picture they show on a commercial or menu? Well Alex (the owner and great guy we discovered) has a picture of a very enticing, mouthwatering burger in the window of his restaurant. Our hamburger came and it looked every bit as enticing and mouthwatering as that picture in the window, and even better....it tasted out of this world delicious!!!! We couldn't have been happier with our choice in restaurants for lunch today. Alex even put on some Denver Bronco highlights from Monday nights game for us. Very welcoming, wonderful place.
