"I was pleasantly surprised that they were open on a wet Sunday morning in January in a seaside town. I'm so glad they were. My wife had a Bakewell slice, my son had a very chocolatey chocolate brownie with chocolate pieces on top, and I had a toasted teacake, which was more like two slices of a loaf made with the same ingredients. All three were full of flavour and delicious. My coffee was very tasty too, with no bitter aftertaste. The service was excellent, the staff were very welcoming and friendly, and we had only a very short wait before our order arrived. We will be back again. I thoroughly recommend it."

Very good. Mackerel pate could have done with more mackerel and less cream cheese. The squid was excellent (calamari).

Fantastic breakfast here. We ate outside because we had our dog. There were some seagulls about but they didn't cause us any problem.

Quick service, warned about seagulls which for me I appreciated. Food was good, view of sea great as you'd expect being on the sea front.

Lovely and friendly staff Food hot and very nice Clean and tidy Indoor and outdoor seating area's Dogs are welcome in the outdoor seating area I Recommend popping in, I will be back

What a brilliant breakfast, I had the full breakfast and wifey had the eggs royal, I was very full after mine, all ingredients were very good standard, staff very friendly and great location on sea front

Nice local produce used in dishes, fresh seafood. A lot of fried stuff though and salads have good ingredients but aren't very exciting (I've had the Coast salad bowl more than once) but then it's really hard to find a good salad in this part of the world.
