It is rare to encounter such personalized attention these days, but Keith made our experience truly memorable. ' This was our first visit to the Birmingham coast and we were very impressed. What made our visit very memorable was the fantastic customer service we received from Keith who I understand did not work very long in the restaurant. In this day of age it is very rare to get the attention we receive from Keith. There were a lot of 10 young guys on the table facing us who were a little challenging, but Keith treated them very well. We will visit the coast for the next time in Birmingham.
