The service at this restaurant during the COVID-19 pandemic was exceptional. These ice cream take-away shops are some of the few establishments open late at the moment and they are doing an excellent job. The staff prepares the food right in front of you, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene. The staff members were extremely friendly and helpful. Additionally, the food was clearly delicious!

I visited Cookies Cream yesterday for the first time to celebrate my son’s birthday with his four friends. The atmosphere was delightful, and the staff were incredibly friendly. Upon arrival, we received a warm welcome from two team members. The group placed their orders quickly, and the food arrived promptly. I’ve never seen five kids enjoy dessert so much. Thank you for a fantastic experience.

The food at this restaurant is always delicious with generous portion sizes, although I don't think the large sizes are worth it. However, the delivery service can be inconsistent. Our previous delivery experience was terrible, with our food delayed in the kitchen leading to a longer wait time. The delivery driver also arrived 20 minutes late, resulting in our ice cream being melted. It's disappointing because another delivery driver, who has a Northern accent, is very friendly and polite and always arrives on time as promised on Just Eat. Visualizza piatti
