These young people are always so kind when I dive. the click and collect is also very efficient. an excellent team that leads this place!

We walked In For a coffee and were instantly put off by the lack of cake selection and the flies on some of the pastries that were on show. Also put off by the lack of service. Will not return.

Having been away on business I took my daughter into Costa as a little social treat, we were limited for time so I asked for small drinks. What I received were large drinks,which when I pointed this out I received a blank stare from the...member of staff. The coffee I received was cold and disgusting. Unfortunately this visit turned out to be more trick than treat.

Went there a few weeks ago, slow service, saw chocolate cake with flies around it, they got rid of the flies and put it back on the counter. heard staff talking about the fly probelm tired to log a complaint with environmental health but couldn't...find any where to stick in complaint. they also gave me a dirty knife. and the following day i had a real bad stomach upset

I may be tired of the same old selection (but this may be good my problem) but eating in a fruit flies-infested coffee shop is not the kind of experience I want to repeat. when I mentioned this to a young guy (who was the manager at the time) he shook it out, we said yes we know, but we can't do anything about it. I knew what I could do and was no longer there since november 2019.

On a recent visit to Camberley we decided to stop for coffee. The establishment wasn't very busy and we found a table easily. Coffee and cake ordered for 3 adults and refreshments for 3 children. The downfall to this branch of Costa was when the...children needed the toilet. I have never seen such filth! Had to be seen to be believed it wouldn't be a pleasant description if I was to describe the state of them!

Quite simply I will never go here again, service so slow, 3 people working 1 allowed to go on break while Q was out the door, manager announced it was because she heard me tutting and got upset because she had learning difficulties, I didn't...tut until after the manager agreed she could go on a break and it was directed at her not the young girl who I would imagine would be more mortified at her learning difficulties being announced publicly in a busy coffee shop than a customer tutting! To cap it all they got one of the coffee's wrong and dropped one of the sandwiches on the floor.

I have been here before, but not for a while and my dad and I decided to pop in to try the new selection of bonfire drinks. I cannot fault the drink itself as it was very nice (I had the bonfire hot chocolate) however,...I was very put off by the huge amount of flies on the wall and some around the food. We bought this to the attention of one of the colleagues, who said they were aware of the problem and had put some fly spray around before they had opened, however it wasn't very pleasant to have to keep flapping the flies away whilst trying to enjoy our drinks.
