Good location for a quick refreshing coffee or cold drink. This is conveniently located in the centre of town and always busy.

coffee and cake during the trip. beautiful place, clean, neat, covid compliant and polite staff. we enjoyed our break and look forward to the next time. well done.

a standard café in the costa in the center of lancaster. their typical selection of drinks available. lost because a recent TV program has shown costa coffee as the least amount of caffeine.

Stopped for a cappuccino in Costa’s, service was efficient and friendly. There was a trainee learning the till system so was slow. (But that is not a problem) The coffee was great as usual from a Costa branch.

my panini was barely left in many times and gave me soggy brot not melted cheese. To finish this, I got a watery hot chocolate and a soggy tiffin. that is not worth it! (call over expensive) not recommend. Go to the caffe instead!

Called in for a coffee before we started to explore the City of Lancaster. It was quite busy and noisy down stairs but we found it much quieter and comfy once we’d climbed the stairs. Our coffee and pastrt were nice, but their cakes...are never cheap!

Friday Served luke warm coffee by a clearly inexperienced staff member who repeatedly felt' the glass when making it to see if it was hot enough. Took it straight back to counter and asked if it could be warmed up a bit Guy...in charge kindly made a fresh one while having a word' with the trainee? Barista then said maybe ask for an extra hot one next time WTF? I say I never have in the past and they've always been hotter than that to which he argued Well it felt hot enough to me Unprofessional and unnecessary comment that has ensured this regular customer will take his business elsewhere in future.

my twin brother stepped and I went to penny street when we decided to fall into this costa coffee and what a great sound. typical costa coffee, a bright airy interior, modern furnishings and furnishings and seating possibilities both inside and outside, we were greeted with a smile by a very pleasant worker, we ordered a flat white coffee each,served steaming hot, we settled and planned out the day before the dive of our coffee. a big fan of coffee served in costa coffee, it is consistent in all its cans, its flat white are a special favorite of me. we really enjoyed our coffee here before we go on and visit this costa coffee outlet we had a great time, it is easy to find along the penny str...

I went in for of the Christmas hot chocolates and didn't realise that they only sold small and medium. I looked at the board pretty quickly and when the lass said medium I said yes presuming it was medium and large that they sold....When I got charged I asked if it was correct as obviously she charged me for a medium as it's what I asked for. I said how I hadn't realised that they only did small and medium and how I'd only wanted a small, I apologised and was about to just pay for it as it was my mistake too when she said that she'd just charge me for the small. I would have argued it as I had only wanted the smallest size anyway when the lass who had taken my food order starts bad mouthing...
