When I inquired about the ingredients of a dish, the waitress insisted I check the matrix again—which didn’t even list it. After asking the kitchen, she returned to say they refused to disclose the full ingredients for that dish, only confirming one problematic ingredient. After waiting in disappointment and feeling embarrassed for a long time, someone, who might have been the manager, approached us. He insisted that I order the steak (the priciest item on the menu) or I would have nothing at all, and he visibly showed frustration when I declined, as I don’t eat steak at all. Although he allowed us to have our drinks for free, that didn’t come close to compensating for the awful treatment and disappointing experience we had. This restaurant does not deserve a reputation as a safe place for anyone with allergies, coeliac disease, or digestive issues. The lack of planning and consideration for their menu and inventory is astonishing. It’s appalling that the chefs prioritize their secret recipes over informing customers about allergens. This is not a safe or accommodating place to dine. Overall, it was a humiliating and disheartening experience."

There was plenty of variety, and they even had a dedicated gluten-free menu. The staff was very accommodating, and the food was delicious!

Our 1st visit to The Cosy Club after lots of good recommendations. We were not disappointed! Great food, good,quick service! Not to mention the amazing surroundings decor. Will definitely be returning, thank you

menu has been slightly reduced, but great options for vegan net, just ask at the recipe for a vegan menu. I would also recommend the mocktails. no vegan dessert options that I know. beautiful atmosphere to eat when it is quiet. we have a great service here!

beautiful place, amazing decoration before Christmas. zelt for work Christmas meal on Saturday. was very busy. starter and main were amazing, but expects a better dessert. but unfortunately the waiting period was terrible, had to wait about 45 for drinks and between each cure

I had a delightful meal here. They offer a gluten-free menu with a wide variety of options. Every dish, including the drinks, is clearly marked. However, there is a note at the bottom of the menu stating that they cannot guarantee complete protection against cross-contamination.

This restaurant is remarkable! It boasts stunning period features and decor, having once been a bank, and many original elements are still intact, including safes and vaults. It's a great spot for drinks, a meal, or hosting an event. The staff is friendly and always willing to help.

This restaurant is absolutely breathtaking and a must-visit. As soon as you walk in, the atmosphere is incredible. The bar area features a stunning curved glass ceiling that feels grand and awe-inspiring. The portraits adorning the walls create an air of decadence. The drinks are elegantly crafted and visually appealing. I find myself wishing we had stayed for dinner. The staff is quirky, cheeky, confident, and utterly charming!
