The food was served slowly, plates were cold, meat quite tough and overall disappointing. The grass fed ribeye at the Ivy tastes better than the one I had at Cut.

We have been to several of W Puck’s restaurants in the USA so we thought we try this one too. And it didn’t disappoint ! Not cheap, but service, quality of food and ambiance are really excellent! We all ate steak which were grilled to perfection

Excellent and service has improved since my last visit , impeccable . The food wasn’t exactly ok par with older years back but still excellent but missed a certain quality , Would continue to revisit but would like to see the restaurant continually improve to get back to being the best Visualizza piatti

After serving me the wrong steak, the correct one came but it was so badly cooked that I couldn't even cut it. Another one was brought but that wasn't much better. The so-called manager was simply arrogant in dealing with my situation. It was particularly disappointing as I've had a few decent meals here in the past and also at several other Wolfgang Puck restaurants.

Went for a birthday celebration 21st! On arrival at our table at. 8.15 there was a child in a high chair at table next to us. Did not expect this in Park Lane on a Saturday night. The child was playing a hand held toy too luckily they left after 30 mins but made me feel on edge and distracted. Booked a table for and were told at that the table may or may not be ready (we were waiting at the bar). Sat down to dinner after and didn’t get our food until Our waiter was doing his best and really was lovely and charming. We ordered a Stags Leap and the sommelier served us a without informing us. We had to ask and he said it’s a good vintage because the weather was good. He didn’t have the courtesy to inform us of the change. We didn’t finish our meal until after My husband spoke to the sommelier afterwards and advised him in the future that he should inform guests of a change in vintage or wine, and not try to pass it off.
