"Wir waren zum ersten mal zu Besuch. Vor unserem Eintreffen waren wir schon voller Vorfreude, es war schließlich das erste mal das ich und meine Freundin in diesem Preissegment Speisten. Wir wollten uns mal durch gewisse gegebenheiten etwas gönnen. Entsprechend waren die Erwartungen hoch. Nachdem wir angekommen waren konnten wir eine sehr nette Bedienung Kennenlernen die uns unteranderem durch den Abend begleitete. Das Essen konnte unsere Erwartungen erfüllen und übertreffen. Die Weine und die entsprechende Alternative in Longdrinks und alkoholfreie Getränke waren sehr köstlich und sehr passend. Bevor wir noch weiter schwärmen, können wir nur danke sagen. Auf ein Wiedersehen, wenn der Anlass es hergibt. Liebe Grüße."

Service ist gut. Haben zu 4 über 800, € ausgegeben, dafür ist das Essen nicht gut genug. Es ist solide aber für das Geld viel zu teuer. Kein Essen war besonders nur gut gekocht, kein Wow Effekt.

Es handelt sich um Gourmet Essen, entsprechend klein erscheinen die einzelnen Portionen, wobei wir nach dem 5 Gang Menü beide absolut gesättigt waren. Das Essen ist sehr gut, keine Frage, uns fehlte aber auf Grund der Preise im Verhältnis doch etwas der wow Effekt. Die Weinkarte kann sich definitiv sehen lassen. Der Service ist wirklich grandios, selten besser erlebt. Danke für den tollen Abend!

Sehr gute Speisen und sehr freundliches Personal (zumindest 90% der Zeit. Zum Stern fehlt meines Erachtens noch der letzte Schliff (das Oh Wow Erlebnis im Mund , aber der Weg ist auf jeden Fall der richtige. Die alkoholfreien Alternativen zum Wein (Jörg Geiger haben uns sehr überzeugt leider wurden wir zum Ende des Abends nicht mehr ganz beachtet, das geht noch ein wenig besser. Es war so schön und lecker. Das kleine Lokal ist übersichtlich und gemütlich. Wir hatten Glück recht kurzfristig einen Tisch bekommen zu haben. Schon die Begrüßung war sehr freundlich, wie die Begleitung durch den ganzen Abend. Wir aßen zu viert beide Menüs, das vegetarische wie auch das mit Fleisch. Insgesamt hatten wir die Gelegenheiten, alle Gerichte zu probieren. Und alle waren herausragend. Wie auch der vorzügliche Barolo zu einem absolut fairen Preis. Insgesamt einfach toll, ein Grund wieder nach Bremen zu kommen.

Wir haben einen Geburtstag mit Freunden gefeiert. Die Auswahl aus den beiden Menüs war sehr gut. Ich hatte eine Vorspeise mit gelben Beete, auf denen 2 mal ein halbes Wachtelei beigefügt war. Danach Makrele und dann der Hautgang mit Kalbfleisch und zum Abschluss die Käsevariationen. Leider wurde mir auf dem Nachhauseweg schlecht. Irgendwas war nicht in Ordnung. Heute Morgen nach schwarzen Tee und einem Brötchen ohne Butter habe ich es wohl überstanden. Keine gute Erfahrung. Aufgrund des Geräuschpegels waren die Ausführungen zu den einzelnen Gängen nicht verstehbar.

"in general: in the “Q1 metropolitan kitchen bar” expect a “most popular dishes from the trendy new yorker town parts little italy and Soho”. “The offer is rounded off by the best prime beef steaks from the lavasteingrill.” now I don’t count to those who follow trends and read the reading of the q1 with an “Aha” schnarch and no “Oha” inspiring. But for a once again pleasing evening with good friends and the claim to find a restaurant beyond grieche, italian co., I stayed hanging after more thorough research at q1. interieur, map and interieur. after the visit I can add that the service and the atmosphere are also appealing. a complete address for the brewer's inner city and well suited for a classic "going out", the q1 is also waiting with a bar service that can prepare or complete the culinary process. the price level is raised but not yet lifted. a fuffi should be put in per head if you want to stay a little longer in q1 and are to be starved and thirst properly defeated.
