"Restaurant was small but cozy. It was little cold because outdoor didn’t close properly. Staff was very nice and helpfull. Food was good but little bit tasteless. They should spice up a bit because it seems that only spice level is how burning the food is. Overral it is a good place to eat."

"In short: hidden gem for great lunches dinners. Excellent staff, beautiful and spacious interior. And every dish I've tried so far is a delight. I've been at The Lobby 3 times now. In just over a month. Every time I'm looking forward to try out another dish. They haven't let me down in my expectations a single moment. I'd like to congratulate the restaurant on their excellent staff and service. It's fast, knowledgeable, friendly and very professional. For those traveling by car, The Lobby has a private parking in the basement, which is free during day time and just €5 at night. Some people mentioned the price is a bit steep, but I'd say it's good value for your money. Definitely recommend anyone to try it out!"

"We ordered a glass of prosecco as an aperitif and it was the smallest pour I have ever experienced. We also ordered a bottle of red which was fine. For the meal, we shared the duck tagliatelle with a side of spinach and the lamb with a side of fries. Both were very good though not sure worth the price (I’m comparing to Manhattan, mind you). Not sure I would recommend overall given the service, somewhat overpricing, and stuffy atmosphere."

"my recomendation is absolute. de knijp is a beautiful, old-fashioned place with a relaxed atmosphere. I was late on Thursday after a concert there. very short walk from concertgebouw. had a lamb, half a red wine and dessert a caramel with a nice man on the side. Even on the business it works, but of course it is always better to share a meal with others. but I cannot make the restaurant responsible for the journey through my own : I would not hesitate to bring friends, colleagues or customers here. the menu is relatiw short and means quality. my lamb was made perfect with a beautiful selection of kartoffels and vegetables. the caramell is one of my absolute favorites of desserts. it tasted wonderful and absolutely made home! if I also get warm, I would literally be in heaven. they were beautiful to warm up the inner one, as it was a little cool outside. (always important with an apology.) basically: go here if you want to enjoy yourself with some good decent folksy life and bring your friends with you!"
