"Leider hat sich niemand um uns gekümmert, obwohl das Lokal fast leer war. Auch dass man sich Essen und Getränke selber holen muss, hat uns keiner mitgeteilt. Herzlichen Dank für nichts ! Wir sind dann wieder gegangen und haben uns ein anderes Lokal direkt am Hafen gesucht…..zum Glück gibt es ja genügend Auswahl."

"Ein guter Freund und ich sind nach der Arbeit zu Alex Kitchen gegangen weil uns frische Zutaten wichtig sind und genau diese hier verwendet werden. Zudem ist das Personal sehr freundlich und das Essen lecker. Innerhalb der Woche bekommt man schnell einen Platz und kann sich das Menü anschauen, welches weder zu klein noch zu groß ist. Das Preis- Leistungsverhätnis ist gut und er entschied sich für einen Burger und ich für einen Salat. Beides war frisch und auch optisch schön hergerichtet. Man hat Einblick in die offene Küche und kann somit sehen wie sein Essen zubereitet wird. Dementsprechend riecht man zwar etwas nach essen bei verlassen des Restaurants, aber das ist es meiner Meinung nach wert."

"Appetizer was top and I was looking for the rest, the pizza was inadequate and the salad underground. Hausdressing is not recommended. Shame had promised me much more. The service is also very slow and slightly flexible in the wishes......"

"Wir waren als Start in unseren Sommerurlaub im Brauhaus abends essen gewesen. Ich habe schon einige Zeit vorher einen Tisch reserviert, ansonsten hätte man mit einer fünfköpfigen Gruppe keine Chance gehabt, einen Tisch zu bekommen. Das Ambiente ist urig und dem eines Brauhaus es angemessen. Die Bedienung sehr freundlich. Das Restaurant ist gut aufgeteilt und man muss sagen, trotz mehrerer größerer Gruppen hatten wir nicht das Gefühl einer Lärmbelästigung.Die Bedienung kam Recht schnell, war freundlich und nahm unsere Getränke auf. Die hauseigenen Biere sind wirklich zu empfehlen. Die Getränke kamen schnell und dann wurden die Essen aufgenommen. Meine Frau hatte Schweinerückensteack mit einer Backkartoffel, ich einen Spieß mit Schwein und Rind und meine Kinder jeweils einen Burger mit Pommes.Das Essen kam zeitnah, ich glaube keine halbe Stunde später als bestellt. Alles war perfekt. Das Fleisch sehr gut zubereitet, auch der Spieß hatte trotz unterschiedlichem Fleisch gute Verlinkte. Die Bürger waren reichlich belegt und groß und die Steakhousepommes perfekt. Zu allen Gerichten gab es einen Salat. Super.Ein Dessert haben wir nicht mehr gewählt, wir waren sehr gesättigt. Als Verdauerli sei allerdings ebenfalls einen hauseigener Schnaps empfohlen.Wir werden auch noch ein Mal zum Abschluss unseres Urlaubes hier einkehren und den Urlaub genauso perfekt beenden, wir er begonnen hat."

"The maritime fish restaurant Bistro La Mer is located in Husum directly at the outdoor harbour, not ten meters away the crab cutters are located on the docks. Here you can enjoy a wonderful view of the maritime flair at a fish bun or a fish dish from the restaurant. The bistro of La Mer is located next door to the main restaurant. In the bistro itself, the guest can choose whether to sit indoors or in beautiful weather on a small outdoor terrace. Here, for example, fish rolls or other tasty, small snacks are offered to take away. The restaurant area has a covered sun terrace with space for approx. 100 people. Here you feel immediately comfortable, you immediately notice that you are located on the North Sea, the guest room is lovingly furnished and decorated with fishing nets in maritime style. When we arrived here at the early noon, there were plenty of places left, so we chose a window in the rear corner of the room. The waitress saw us, greeted us with a nice moin and handed us the extensive menu. Already when the card was blown through, the water came together in the mouth. In addition to all fish dishes under the heading All that floats like crabs with scrambled eggs and roast potatoes, there is also plenty of choice for meat lovers under the heading All that runs, such as steak pan or pork carving in different types. There is also something for vegetarians. In addition, there are soups, appetizers, special children's dishes, sweets such as red grapes or fresh butter wafers with ice and fruit. Various breakfast variations are also offered here. Here everyone really finds something for his taste. Since we wanted to eat a crab dish, the decision was made quickly and we ordered crabs with herbal agitation and roast potatoes. We ordered a special and an apple choir. After a normal waiting period, the waitress brought us the ordered dishes to our table. The food looked very tasty, so that the water in our mouth went right together. It was as delicious as it looked. The crabs really tasted freshly (because we know each other, we make almost every year vacation at the North Sea), the scrambled egg was loosely prepared and through the herbs there was still the certain taste note, even the roast potatoes were very crispy and not too fat. A small salad dressing was also served. In the meantime we were asked very carefully whether everything is OK, as well as it belongs in good restaurants. Finally, we were asked if everything tasted and whether we had a wish. We then wanted to pay what went very fast. When we left the restaurant again, there was no room left. There are also various events throughout the year, such as beer tastings or music events. The crab dishes go after the daily price and really fresh crabs now have their price, but it is worth it. This location is an absolute must for every crab and North Sea fan. We're coming back, that's safe...."
