Nice to find a decent tapas style restaurant on the top floor of El Corte Ingles Men. Somewhat chaotic staff and service, but very nice food. Great to take the weight off your feet when shopping/touristing.

we went straight to the top, without looking much at the other floors. We ordered 2 burgers, gelato of course and from a tapas place 3 items. Eveything was good, small, tasty, pretty, ok. Great views of the city.

The company has the money to invest in a modern climate control system, and they should do that immediately. Shopping should be a comfortable experience, not a miserable one.

Lovely department store with great selection. HOWEVER, I was DELIBERATELY OVERCHARGED at the Sandro counter of the El Corte Ingles Serrano 47 today, 7th January 2020 around 8pm. There were two girls there who very clearly deliberately overcharged me for a purchase of a blazer. The two girls spoke for a while whilst I was making a purchase at the counter and were perfectly friendly so I did not over think it. When I noticed later in the night to do my tax return, I went back to the counter. Before I had even spoken, they exchanged looks again, and knew exactly what I was referring to.
