"Beautiful restaurant that we did not expect to find in Chimiche. We went for a shot done because we already had it on our radar for a long time, and it did not disappoint. They have a tasting menu for €58 (August 2023) very tight in price for the quality it has, it is worth it to get to know the restaurant. The only drawback is that the service seemed slow to us, we entered at 1:00 p.m. and left at 5:00 p.m. Yes, it is true that for a tasting menu one always takes into account that it takes between 2 and 3 hours, but on this occasion the wait between dishes was too long and especially towards the end of the menu they went by the drop of a hat. I think it was something circumstantial but that must be taken into account, because it breaks the experience. "El dueño nos recibió un poco borracho, pero fue muy amable... Para entrantes tomamos foie gras, croquetas de gamas y queso y todo fue, si no una obra maestra, pero bastante rico y con una buena presentación... Para platos principales, elegimos 2 tipos de arroz Al mar Atlantico y Al Parmesano y lo escribo tal como está fue un verdadero desastre... El arroz estaba muy recocido y parecía papilla, el marisco se descongeló apresuradamente y fue absolutamente insípido. Arroz con parmesano mi pareja no podía comer nada, era absolutamente insípido sin alguna nota de dicho queso. No pudimos terminar ambos platos, lo cual honestamente le dijimos al Jefe. Normalmnte, si a los clntes no les gustan los platos, les ofrecen un bono o no incluyen al menos uno de los plato en la cuenta. No nos ofrecieron ni uno, ninotro que nos sorprendió un poco... De postre elijimos Colan chocolate y se sentía como uno de Mercadona... La verdad es que por las reseñas y fotos esperábamos a un viaje gastronómico elegante y de calidad, que, de verdad, bastante difícil a encontrar en Tenerife... Pero al final nos sorprendió muchísimo la calidad del platos principales, tenuendo en cuenta la ubicación del restaurante y los precios. (para los dos con vino blanco canario la cuenta era 135 euros). Seguro de que volveremos..."
