"El Txoko is a wonderful tapa bar found along tapa alley in the Old Town. The interior is superb, it's a proper full on traditional Spanish tapa bar with great decor and furnishings including a wonderful looking serving bar and plenty of seating options spread throughout this tapa bar both inside and outside looking out onto the busy and bustling streets that make up the Old Town. My twin brother Stephen and I were here on a roasting hot Saturday afternoon, as we had just ate we were only here for some beers,we took a table outside were a very pleasant member of staff took our order of a couple of beers, these were served in tip top condition being iced cold and sparkling and we just chilled out and took in the great tapa bar we were in. The beer was outstanding, it was so nice sitting out and watching the world go by, on this visit I cannot really comment on the meals as we were only here for beers but I have ate here on numerous occasions over the years and the meals are superb and great value for money. We really enjoyed our beers in here and although we only stayed for the one beer before we moved on as on every other visit to here we had a great time. El Txoko is really easy to locate on Calle Santo Domingo in the Old Town which is also an area teeming with pubs, bars and restaurants and some amazing architecture and a major tourist destination. Opening hours are; Monday to Sunday, Midday till 1am. A great tapa bar and well worth checking out."

Comimos 2 menús y fue muy normalito de calidad justa y de serviymuy a la batalla no me gusto el postre pésimo (tarta de queso???

Estaba todo muy bueno y nos atendieron muy bien, lo único que tuvimos un poco de calor, puede ser por donde estaba situada la mesa, pero en general todo perfecto.

La comida muy buena, casera. Buena relación calidad-precio con su menú a 16 euros y gran variedad de pinchos que ya con decir que son vascos está dicho todo: rico, rico. Y la sangría, buenísima. Se lo dice una de Barakaldo. Doy fe.

Came to benidorm.... 10 years ago and discovered huevos con txisorra y pimientos de padrón (eggs with chips and Spanish sausage was delicious.... and this was the closest I’ve gotten in recreating my experience.... it was delicious.... despite no one sitting at the restaurant and the restaurant next door being full... will definitely be back!!!
