"I was looking for a high quality coffee/espresso shop and found Epi. French in nature, Epi was new, clean, upscale and sold fresh, quality croissants and other pastries. My cappuccino hit the spot and Epi came close to my expectations for a real, European espresso shop. I'm sure there are other ones in Cologne, but Epi was a very good experience. Fine teas also sold."

Very good location and good quality. We had nice breakfast but it was way too expensive... worst thing is that they do not accept credit cards which is very annoying...

Das Essen ist fantastisch. Wer Lust auf das etwas Besondere hat und Qualität zu schätzen weiss, wird hier souverän über den manchmal etwas verschlafenen Service hinweg sehen können. ;-)

Shopfront looked interesting. Lots of selection. coffee cam in large cup was warm and milky. The coffee came with a bonus side offering. The experience was average. the staff were helpful

Bread and croissants are good - albeit over-priced - but one specific member of the staff is extremely unfriendly and gives you the impression that he's really bothered by the presence of customers.

This is absolutely my favourite bakery in the city and maybe even in the entire state of NRW. Their croissants are so buttery, flakey, and not at all dry like so many others I've tried in Germany. The espresso drinks are delicious. The breakfasts aren't cheap, but they are tasty! The location is also excellent.

A place I like to visit to enjoy some French snacks such as baguettes with ham or cheese, good coffee and small cakes and other sweets. The service is well trained, you feel like your in France and the food & drinks are good. The place is perfect for taking a break from shopping or meeting up with friends for a snack and coffee.
