had an online booking by opentable, confirmed by the restaurant (lunchtime am sa 27 nov.,) just to find that the restaurant was closed on a Saturday! no notiz in the window to explain why and no contact from the restaurant.

The reception we received upon entering the restaurant was not welcoming. We were disappointed to find that the milkshake machine was broken, especially since we had chosen this burger joint partly for its milkshakes. We won't be returning.

We were left without ordering after making a reservation. When we arrived, we were informed that there would be at least an hour wait, so we decided to leave after struggling with the app for quite some time. I can’t comment on the food since we didn’t get any!

When we voiced our concerns, we were offered a 20% discount and non-alcoholic drinks for our next visit. Honestly, we've received better compensation from places where we had no reason to complain!
